TREVIGLAS ACADEMY CELEBRATES OUTSTANDING YEAR 11 GCSE RESULTS
Students at Treviglas Academy are celebrating today as they receive another fantastic set of Year 11 examination results, continuing the strong trajectory of academic improvement secured at the school over recent years.
Students, families, and staff gathered at the academy this morning to mark the occasion as pupils opened their results, reflecting years of dedication, resilience, and hard work across a wide range of subjects.
Some of the cohort’s top achievers included Thom, who achieved four Grade 9s, one Grade 8, one Grade 7 and a Distinction*. Violet achieved four Grade 9s, two Grade 8s, two Grade 7s and a Distinction*. Darcey achieved six Grade 9s and two Grade 8s. Amelie achieved three Grade 9s, one Grade 8 and two Grade 7s. Taylor achieved three Grade 9s, one Grade 8 and a Distinction*, while Beck achieved five Grade 9s and three Grade 8s.
James Rogers, Headteacher at Treviglas Academy, commented:
"I am genuinely proud of each and every one of our students. Not only because of the results they have achieved, but as importantly, the wonderful human beings they have become. I have no doubt that they will all go on to achieve great things and give back to our fantastic community. The atmosphere across the school grounds has been one of joy and celebration as students confirm their next steps, with many opting to remain at Treviglas for Sixth Form study, alongside those moving on to other further education courses and local apprenticeships.
