In this vital operational role, you will play a key part in maintaining an inclusive and supportive environment for students with SEND. You will efficiently coordinate EHCP processes, maintain accurate SEND records, and manage essential paperwork, serving as a reliable point of contact for staff, parents, and external specialists. Working closely with the SENDCO, families, and multi-agency partners, you will support effective communication, schedule review meetings, and help implement targeted support strategies to support the removal of barriers to learning. We are looking for a dynamic and highly organised individual who can seamlessly manage competing daily demands to ensure our students receive the tailored support they need.

In this vital role, you will champion an inclusive classroom and school environment where every student can thrive. Together with the SENDCO, you will coordinate and deliver targeted interventions to support the removal of barriers to learning. You will act as the school’s Autism Champion, coordinating support for students with Autism Spectrum Condition and ADHD, leading on the completion and implementation of the Neurodiversity Profiling Tool. We are looking for a dynamic, empathetic and highly organised individual who can balance competing daily demands to ensure that our students are supported within an inclusive school environment.
