School Transport
If you are entitled to transport you should have already received a letter from Cornwall Council to tell you this. Students usually receive a bus pass sent directly to the home address during the summer holidays, along with a letter telling them where to wait for the bus and at what time. The transport team at Cornwall Council can be contacted on 0300 1234222.
School buses are met in the morning by a member of staff. Once students have got off their bus they must go straight into school/the school grounds.
School buses do not leave in the afternoon until staff are happy that all students are safely on their bus. For safety and insurance reasons, students may only travel on the bus number stated on their bus pass – passes are checked on each journey. Whilst on the bus students must remain seated at all times and wear a seat belt if available.
