Smoking

Everyone knows that smoking is dangerous because it damages your health. It causes diseases such as cancer and emphysema.

Smoking is addictive, so it is best not to start in the first place. Treviglas is a non-smoking site. Smoking is banned on the premises.

If you would like to join a Stop Smoking group at school to help you to give up with advice and support, speak to Miss Morgan. Sessions are available with the school nurse Sarah Levien on a Wednesday lunch time in E8. A group of students is working through the programme at the moment and are finding it very helpful.
