The week beginning 21st November saw Treviglas taking part in the national ‘Road Safety Week’. The week had three main themes, ‘walk smart’, ‘cycle smart’ and ‘ride smart’. Assemblies were held during the week for all age groups and form tutors made road safety a theme for discussion during registrations. A short film was shown during the Tolcarne assembly which showed a student using a mobile phone was crossing the road, the student in the film was knocked over by a car, this had real impact on the students.
